Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
First, I'd like to describe a little about the process of conception.
Women can only become pregnant during ovulation which lasts up to 2 days. Ovulation occurs about 2 weeks before your period. If the egg is not fertilized during that short that, it will be eliminated with the menstrual bleeding. If a women does become pregnant during ovulation she will sometimes experience implantation bleeding about 2 weeks later around the time when she would usually have her period. However the bleeding is only spotting that lasts 1 or 2 days. It is noticeably different than a regular period.

You can't be pregnant because you have had 3 regular periods. If you are worried about pregnancy even without having intercourse then perhaps you are not ready to be sexual involved with someone. Sexual activity should never cause extreme stress as you are experiencing. So, do what makes you comfortable.
