Besides the slightly low blood pressure, are you experiencing any other symptoms like dizziness or fatigue? Is there any associated pain or is your menstrual flow heavy or lighter than normal? Have you recently started any new medications or even birth control pills?
It's really hard to say, but I would call your doctors office and discuss your symptoms.
