You cannot become pregnant from any of these activities and I'll explain why. First of all, sperm cannot travel through clothes. Secondly, sperm only survives a few minutes in open air and even less if handled. Third, sperm cannot travel over dry surfaces. For exam, sperm cannot travel from your thigh into your vagina.
In the future I suggest that you avoid sexual activities that only cause you stress later on.
