Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
As you may already know, women can only become pregnant when ovulating. Birth control pills prevent your body from ovulating. If there is no egg, there is nothing to fertilize. So, you are fully protected when taking birth control pills and do not need to use condoms unless you wish to also prevent STD's.
In addition to not ovulating, you are using condoms which ensures there is no sperm present either. With no egg and/or a sperm, becoming pregnant is scientifically impossible.
I'm unsure why you believe you're pregnant after taking both precautions. But all I can say is that you need to trust your birth control methods, and the pregnancy tests.
