Since we don't know what the skin is, it is best not to do anything until it is checked by a doctor. It could be part of the hymen which was torn during sex; or it could be something from inside. Keep an eye on it over the next few days and try to get an appointment with a gynecologist (Planned Parenthood is a good option) if possible.
