You will not become pregnant from this scenario and I will explain why.
There is no guarantee there is sperm in pre-ejaculation. Any sperm that may have been present would have died from exposure to open air and being handled. Taking emergency contraception would further prevent pregnancy.
A common symptoms of EC is bleeding a few days later. This is not your regular period. The drug may also cause you cycle to be disrupted. This does not mean you are pregnant.
Vaginal discharge is normal. Thicker discharge usually occurs during ovulation when a girl a most fertile.
In conclusion, there is no possibility of pregnancy.
