It is impossible for sperm to pass through fabric no matter how thin. So if your boyfriend did ejaculate the sperm could not have passed through his underwear.
Keep in mind that pregnancy is not the only possible cause for your symptoms.
In the future I suggest that you avoid sexual activity that causes you to worry about pregnancy even when you haven't had intercourse.
