In general a grayish coloring of the Labia minora is not necessarily normal, but may not be an indication of a problem either.
In order to make sure everything is fine I highly suggest you see a gynecologist. Even a quick pap smear at Planned Parenthood would be a quick way to make sure everything is normal.
