Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
You are not at a high risk of pregnant and I'll explain why. You need to be off the pill for about 2 weeks in order to ovulate.
However in the future, you do need to make sure you take those 7 days off from the pill in order to keep your hormones balanced. If you have intercourse during the 7 days you're off the pill, you are still fully protected. You do not need to take emergency contraception unless you want to.
But be aware that taking EC will cause severe symptoms since you are taking regular birth control pills at the same time. It will greatly disrupt your hormones, and menstrual cycle.
You do not need to use condoms to prevent pregnancy if you are taking birth control pills. The pills alone will do the job. Condoms simply prevent STD's at that point.
