Vaginal discharge is normal and can occur at any time. So, that is not a sign of an STD. Unusually yellow urine is also not a sign of an STD. It simply means you're dehydrated.
Itching and/or burning sensations in the vaginal area, as well as rashes usually signify an infection which does not always relate to an STD.
However, since you do have signs of infection you need to see a gynecologist as soon as possible. Planned Parenthood is a good way to get fast, quality service.
Keep in mind that people can have an STD for a long time without having any symptoms. So, even if your boyfriend does have an STD, he will not necessarily have symptoms. So, if you test positive for STD, it is best that he best tested as well.
