If I could get some help that would be wonderful. I've been on tri-legest since I was 18 and for the last year have been taking sprintec, which literally made all my body hair thin out including facial, eyebrows, and I felt wonderful. I did get the mood changed and heavy periods but it was worth it. I also experienced a stressful event caring for a family member and my hair had been shedding for the longest time. The stressful event has luckily stabilized but the hair issue has not. My thyroid blood work is normal thankfully but my hair sheds on. I even returned back taking tri-legest and already am experiencing hair thinkness on my body, face, eye brows again. I have always been sensitive to meds and don't know what to do. I was also on the south beach diet and have lost weight in the past doing this diet but never lost hair. So quickly. I have no insurance since I had to help my mother care for my father and have been told it was my weight loss and by one doctor, dermatologist said it was the stress, and nothing to do with the birth control or diet. Never lost hair when was eating poorly and over weight. Another doctor who really didn't access me well said it was the stress. I am sensitive to meds so I don't know could the sprintec have thinned out my hair on my body and head? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Now my health is hurting and I'm getting several depressed and gaining weight back again.

If their is another cheap birth control that you would recommend similar to sprintec without the side effects that would be amazing. Or a birth control made for PCOS.
