I'm so sorry to hear about your situation.
Your girlfriend may be feeling what many women feel after an abortion: perhaps guilt, regret, loss, confusion, doubt, depression etc.
Since she is completely aware that it was her decision and not yours, it may actually increase these feelings because she cannot reverse her decision. These feelings in a women can have a huge effect on the desire for intimacy.
Since I do not know your girlfriend I can't say for sure that any of this actually applies to her. I am only going off of what I have seen friends go through after an abortion.
She could have other reasons completely unrelated to the abortion for avoiding intimacy with you.
Unfortunately if she doesn't want to talk about it, there is little you can find out for sure.
I just encourage you to be patient with her and take every opportunity to show your support and love. Hopefully that way she may eventually open up to you and trust you with her feelings.
