Hello. Thank you very much for your response. I do agree that I need to eat and drink regularly and right now I'm working on that, and hope to maintain it from now on.
However, today I checked my flow, and I saw some light brown color with my very light flow, and did see some red with it. Do you know what this is? Thanks again, I really appreciate it.
