To be effective, Norlevo has to be taken as instructed within 72 hour of unprotected sex. You took it 15 hours after, so I would expect that it worked and you are not pregnant.
Unless of course there was some chance you were prior. If you are worried, you can always do a quick home pregnancy test to for confirmation.
