Guide

Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
After thyroid cancer the same rules of fertility apply. Having balanced hormones and a regular menstrual cycle is essential. It is also important to detoxify your body.
Contraception is advised for the first 6-12 months after RAI therapy. The main reason to avoid pregnancy within the first year after initial treatment is to allow flexibility if additional treatment and/or scans are needed within that time.
Your first step is to speak with your doctor and find out the status of your fertility in order to know what steps to take next.
I have pasted a link below to a good source on pregnancy after thyroid cancer.

I hope that helps.
