There will be times, as a woman, that your menstrual cycle will change up. Since you are clearly not pregnant (negative test results and menstrual cycle), your menstrual cycle is displaying irregularly. In addition, the stress you are under could be affecting it even more.
Based on there not being any penetration coupled with the number of test you've had (home pregnancy and urine test with your doctor), if any of those had failed it would have been discovered by now. Rest assure, it is extremely unlikely that you are pregnant.
