Foul smelling discharge can be caused by several things including:
--Pelvic inflammatory disease
--Sexually transmitted disease
--Other vaginal infections

I highly recommend that you see a gynecologist as soon as possible and get a pap smear. That why you can be properly diagnosed and treated.
