Implantation occurs about a week or more after the egg is fertilized. So, if the bleeding on the 24th was implantation bleeding, that mean you conceived a week or more prior to that day.
To know whether or not you are pregnant, you will ned to wait till after a missed period, then take a pregnancy test.
