You can relax. Pregnancy is not possible from giving hand jobs. Having stress and anxiety can actually delay your period, so I highly recommend that you try to relax.
The only way pregnancy can occur is if the male ejaculates into the vagina during penetration.
Sperm cannot travel over dry surfaces or travel through clothes.
You do not need to worry at all about pregnancy.
