Implantation bleeding usually happens about 10-14 days after ovulation and fertilization of an egg. If her menstrual is irregular due to stress or antibiotics, it's really hard to determine what's causing the vaginal bleeding. However, it's important to note, it's not normal.
Since it was only a few drops, it's most likely nothing serious and maybe just spotting from irregular menstrual.
Most of the causes non-menstual vaginal bleeding are easy to treat if diagnosed early. Some potential causes are, vaginal trauma, vaginal dryness, STDs, Vaginitis, Cervicitis, Uterine Polyps, Vaginal Yeast Infection and Cervicitis, etc.
Is she experiencing any other symptoms? Itching, pain, ordor?
If the bleeding persist, and it she has other symptoms, then have her go get it checked out.
Be well,
