Since you were diagnosed with mild you should get pelvic exams every 3 to 6 months to check for and remove abnormal cells. The bleeding may or may not be caused by the dysplasia but you should at least call and discuss your symptoms with the doctor you received the initial dyplasia diagnosis from.
Receiving appropriate care early is better than in the long run, especially with your pre-existing condition.
