Anytime you miss a birth control pill you increase your risk of pregnancy, but since your window of time was short, your risk is minimal. As long as you got right back on track with your schedule of taking it is best.
As for whether or not you are pregnant, you should take a home pregnancy test. You can get an early detection one if you are anxious to rule it out. Two weeks is plenty of time to get a good / accurate reading.
