Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
In order to know whether or not your symptoms are related to genital health, you need to see a gynecologist and get a pap smear. If you have participated in unprotected intercourse before that time, you could have a sexually transmitted disease. Swollen lymphs in the groin can indicate infection. However most STD's do not cause any symptoms, so do not be surprised if your test results or negative for STD's.
Its surprising that the test for Strep throat was negative, since you have all the symptoms for it. However, other causes for white patches on tonsils and/or back of throat include:
--Tonsilolith
--Tonsillitis
--Oral Thrush
--Oral Herpes

I highly suggest that you see a gynecologist. And if you other symptoms persist, see your regular doctor as well. They may not catch what it is the first few times, so keep at it until you get the treatment you need.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that talks more about symptoms of STD's.

I hope that helps.
