Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
She cannot become pregnant through outercourse. You must ejaculate into her vagina during penetration in order for pregnancy to occur.
The vaginal bleeding that occur during pregnancy is very light and lasts 1 to 3 days at most. It is much lighter than a regular period.
However, with that said, your girlfriend should still see a gynecologist for the following reasons:
vomiting is very usual during a regular menstrual period, also blood clots and very heavy bleeding can indicate a serious problem.
Most doctors do not give pap smears or ultrasounds to women under the age of 21. They usually prescribe birth control pills to balance the hormones and hopefully regulate the menstrual cycle. However if requested she can still be tested for possible causes such as uterine and ovarian fibroids, polyps, cysts.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that talks more about outercourse and pregnancy.

I hope that helps.
