Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
The only way to become pregnant on your period, is if the sperm remains alive until you ovulate (release an egg about 12-16 days after your period). This is very unlikely since sperm usually dies after 4 or 5 days in the body. Since you have not ovulated yet, no conception can occur right now, even if sperm is alive in your body. So the cramps you're having are not related to pregnancy. Cramps during a period are caused by your muscles contracting to push out the uterine lining. The reason your are still having cramps could be that your body is still trying to eliminate any remaining blood.
I hope that helps.
