t's normal to plateau right aroud the last 3-5 pounds or your goal weight. Here are some suggestions on what you can try to shed those last few pesky pounds.
Eat clean
Increase the intensity of your workouts
Build up your strength
Decrease your portion size
Get 8 or more hours of sleep
Drink more protein shakes (meal replacement shakes)
