I'm 3 months PP and have been experiencing the same issue. So embarrassed! Especially because I've been working out at home trying go get my body back and it makes it so much worse! I'm pretty sure my fiance can smell it because I smell myself even just from sitting down but he's too polite to say something. From what I've been reading, it seems normal, for both vaginal and c section births, for the mother to experience odor for an extended period of time. The odor generally continues even after bleeding has stopped. Also, most mother's seem to be describing the odor the same way....."dead animal smell". So, I think it's safe to say that it's normal. My only question... when should we expect it to stop?
