Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
You cannot bemuse pregnant from any of the events you described and I'll explain why.
First of all, birth control stops ovulation so there is no egg for the sperm to fertilize. Further more, your boyfriend did not penetration, nor ejaculate in your vagina. Without an egg there is no chance of pregnant. Without sperm either, there is even less chance.
Also, sperm dies within a few minutes of being in open air. It cannot travel over dry surfaces.
The bottom line in that outercourse cannot cause pregnancy. Since you are on birth control pills, intercourse cannot cause pregnant either unless you stop taking the pill for a week or more. Being off the pill for a week or more gives your body to chance to ovulate and that is when pregnancy can occur once more.
I hope that helps.
