Another way they can give a general examination of your vagina and uterus is through an ultrasound. It is a very non-invasive option. Any OBGYN can give an ultrasound.
I want to add as well that the concept of virginity is not associated with penetration of an inanimate object. Virginity refers to sexual encounters with another human being. So, a speculum cannot take your virginity because it is not a human being. Virginity is not an anatomical thing. In other words, the general anatomy of the vagina does not change after penetration. Virginity only refers to sexual purity. Your anatomy and physicality remains the same before and after penetration.
