If he did not enter you and ejaculate inside you, you would not be pregnant.
*Pre*-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can be picked up the urethra if a man has not urinated since ejaculation. But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out.
For future, since you are concerned, don't let him touch you without wearing a condom. Accidents can easily happen.
