IUDs are a great birth control option and offer high protection. From what you have described, plus the fact that you are on birth control, I would say your chances of pregnancy are extremely low.
However, the only true way to know is by taking a pregnancy test. It is possible you are having an irregular period, which can be caused by many things including medication, stress, travel and more.
