You cannot be pregnant because birth control pill stop ovulation. Without an egg, there is nothing for the sperm to fertilize. Your symptoms are most likely side effects of the drug since you just started taking it a few months ago.
I highly suggest that you see a gynecologist and perhaps switch to a different kind of pill.
