I'm so sorry to hear about all the pain you have suffered for so long without a real solution!
It sounds to me that you still have Esophagitis. But since you have made all the dietary and lifestyle changes without seeing any improvement, the cause could be food allergies. In that case you need to be tested for food allergies. Often doctors will prescribe Corticosteroids for food allergies.
In the mean time a few over-the-counter medications that may make help include: Pepcid, Prilosec or Zantac.
