Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
The chances of pregnancy after a tubal ligation depends on the method they used. Sometimes they do not sever the fallopian tubes but simply create a blockage that can potentially open over time. In some procedures the ovaries are removed as well making pregnancy completely impossible. So to know whether or not you can get pregnant you will need to see a doctor.
In general sperm does not survive long enough to be alive from the time you had your period until you ovulate.
For now, you can take a pregnancy test.
