I am 23 years old. During boot camp, I'm not sure but it may have been carrying the weight of our gear. Overtime, the pain has become noticeable in both hips. Nothing really seems to relieve pain.
When I saw the physician at MOS school, he told me that it could be my IT band then on my second occasion he said it was a inflamed muscle. I asked for an MRI but nothing was done. No suggestion of physical therapy was mentioned, So I continued to train.
Sometimes it hurts when I bend down to out on my boots. Sometimes the pain is in my buttocks area as well.
The area of pain varies.
