If there was no intercourse and you did not ejaculate inside her, there is no risk of pregnancy in the scenario you describe. Pre-ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If you had a prior yet recent ejaculation, sperm can remain in the urethra (the tube which urine and semen pass). Once you urinate, any remaining sperm would be flushed out.
