The spotting is likely from the Postinor 2. You will know it has worked when you have bleeding and/or your next period. If your period does not come within 5 days of the expected time, test for pregnancy.
Postinor 2 can cause changes in the menstrual cycle. Some women start their next period on time, earlier or later than expected. May have a lighter or heavier flow.
