I've been having the same issue - not a spot as much as an area or streak-like shape. No pain, haven't had sex in a few months so not sure if it would be an issue, but the last few times I had sex it was a bit painful.
I don't know whether to be worried or not. Hard to get in to see my dr and i dont have an ob-gyn - just turned 56, haven't had a period in about 2 years.
