I'm not sure what you mean by your period flowed for 2 weeks drop by drop. If you had bleeding, with even a light flow, you wouldn't be pregnant. You can take a pregnancy test if you are still concerned. Some women need that additional confirmation if their next period is late which can happen after taking ECP.
