The delay might be from the ECP, we cannot say. The only way to know if you are pregnant is to test, which is recommended if you don't get your period within a week or two of the expected date. ECP works by preventing ovulation, If ovulation has already occurred, ECP can’t stop you from getting pregnant. It's not an abortion pill and will not terminate a pregnancy already in place.
