Typically, the chances are very low after taking Postinor within 24 hours. It prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation, but it won't stop a pregnancy already in place, (if ovulation and fertilization have already occurred).
I'm not sure how you could have a positive test, and then an indeterminate one. I assume these are urine tests? It might be a good idea to have a blood pregnancy test taken to be sure.
