As you can see from the comments below, ECP can cause irregularity in your menstrual cycle. You wouldn't be pregnant if you had withdrawal bleeding for over a week. If you doubt this, a pregnancy test can ease your mind. We can't predict when your period (s) will go back to normal. For most, they regulate by the second cycle.
ECP should only be used for emergencies so keep this in mind.
