As you know, during the procedure microvascular decompression, a neurosurgeon lifts a blood vessel off the nerve it's compressing, then inserts a small pad between the vessel and the nerve to relieve the pressure. I'm sorry this procedure was unsuccessful. Only your surgeon can tell you when you might be able to have this procedure again.
