I gave my boyfriend unprotected oral sex 3 weeks ago. I got tested for oral chlamydia/gonorrhea a week ago and it came back negative. My boyfriend hasn’t been sexually active for 1 year and has had no symptoms, he also got checked and results were negative. However I have now got a sore throat, loss of appetite and excess throat mucus and I am worried I may have an oral Sti?? Could this be the case? I also have a strange lump on the back of my neck towards my upper back?
