If you are having your periods and 2 pregnancy tests were negative, that is an indication that you are not pregnant. It's best to wait at least 10 -14 days after you had sex to test. If you did so, you can only try to relax and wait for your next period to arrive. Stress over this can be a reason it's late. If your period does not show at all for February, you can test again to ease your mind.
