Pregnancy happens when a man penetrates you (without using protection) and ejaculates indisde you (or rarely) on the outside of the vagina. This did not happen. Plus, you had your period. There is no reason to obsess over this. Doing so can make you think you are having pregnancy symptoms. Try to relax. It was good your boyfriend used a condom, even with just rubbing.
