We have helped you several times with this issue or similar. You need to start educating yourself about sex, rather than obsessing about these very unlikely pregnancy scenarios. You cannot get pregnant from what you did. Plus, you are taking BC pills which you were told is highly effective when taken correctly. A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside her (or rarely) on the opening of her vagina. Pre-ejaculate does not contain sperm. But it can pick up sperm remaining in the urethra (the tube through which urine and semen pass) from a previous ejaculation. Once a man urinated, it would be flushed out.
