It's not unusual at your age to have a late period, especially if you are stressing over being pregnant. A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside her (or rarely) on the opening of) her vagina. Touching you for a few seconds will not make you pregnant. However, the last thing you need at your age is to be pregnant. Please educate yourself about sex, and tell your boyfriend to use a condom.
