Simply rubbing genitals won't cause you to become pregnant. A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has sexual intercourse with ejaculation inside (or rarely) on the outside of her vagina. The highest risk is during ovulation. Moving forward, use condoms if pregnancy is a concern.
