Failure can include a barrier method such as a condom breaking or missing a birth control pill. Depending on where you are in your pack, missing your birth control by one (or two doses) may not be enough reason to take Plan B. You may still be protected or your risk for pregnancy may be extremely low. You might want to check with your doctor to see if he feels you need to take plan b.
